Booking Terms and Conditions

Meal Times
Breakfast is served at 08.30 with last orders at 9.00 (earlier by prior arrangement) in the Dining Room.
Dinner is served at 6 pm in the Dining Room
Food may not be brought on to the premises without prior consent of the Proprietors.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Hotel.
Failure to adhere to this will result in you being asked to leave and the full charge of any accommodation booked will still be applicable.

Dogs
We will allow well behaved dogs for a small charge by prior agreement (when booking), but are only allowed in the bedroom. (please bring your own dog basket).

Accounts
A deposit of £25 per person is required to confirm a booking, which may not be refundable. Christmas New Year and Bank Holiday reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.
Reservations will only be confirmed once deposit or full payments have been received.
Please settle accounts in full on arrival.

Cancellation and Early Departure Policy If for any reason you are unable to take your holiday and are unable to give reasonable notice of cancellation (30 days minimum) you may be liable for a cancellation charge which could be the full cost of your booking.

For this reason we advise you to obtain holiday cancellation insurance.
There will be a minimum cancellation charge of 70% of the total reservation in the event of an early departure.

Group Bookings & Cancellations
Single sex groups are only accepted by prior agreement with the proprietors. We reserve the right to cancel any unauthorised single sex groups on or before arrival. Payment in full must be received two weeks prior to arrival.

Accommodation Unavailable
In the unlikely event that reserved accommodation is unavailable (due to damage, failure of equipment or any other reason) the hotel will notify the guest as soon as possible, and will assist in finding alternative accommodation. Liability will be limited to the return of any monies paid covering the period concerned.

Damage
We reserve the right to charge for any damages, accidentally or otherwise caused and compensation for any interruption to the business of The Sandpiper.

Bedrooms
The number of people occupying a room must not exceed the maximum number quoted.

Prices
Prices for accommodation are on a per person , per night basis. Any unregistered persons found in the accommodation without the prior permission of the proprietors will be charged for one nights accommodation at the applicable rate plus a single night supplement.
